Design Point of View

Set against the backdrop of the nation's most influential buildings, structures, and sites, the existing exterior was renovated to meet the Holiday Inn standards. The interiors were also renovated to incorporate an open floor plan in the public spaces and a refresh for the guestrooms.

Providing a sophisticated coziness with finishes that are warm and fresh added a familiarity to the guest's journey. The predominately light colors/neutrals palette, simple, minimal geometric textile designs, and carefully curated artwork create an innovative and contemporary comfort that created a relaxing experience for the guests.
